I went there for a oil change. When I left Meineke I heard something dragging underneath my vehicle. I went back because they took the engine splash shield underneath undone and didn't bother to put it back up.when the mechanic came in the door from putting the engine splash shield back up. He replied that it didn't mess it up bad besides it needs to be replaced and he put it up with zip ties and walked off. Well he should have put it back up before he took my vehicle off the lift why would you leave it down to drag on the road. It doesn't matter if it needed replacing . They won't get my business again

Everyone was so helpful. I had an issue with my plastic skirt falling almost off and dragging the pavement. They took me right in and did the repair no charge. I am grateful! Thank you Archdale Meineke!

Very poor visit getting my car inspected. They rolled down my drivers side electric front window and some how it got off track and now won’t roll up or down. The manager said they had to check if the window would roll down because it was required on the inspection. I looked it up and that was a lie. He wanted to fix it for $300+. They said they found oil on the oil pan and wanted to put a dye in the oil to see where it was leaking for $71. If it was the oil pan gasket it would cost $1,000+ to fix. They are looking for ways to make money thinking they are doing the customer a favor. Another reason they said they rolled down the window was in case the car locked the doors with the key in the car. My doors don’t lock unless the car is being driven, so I guess that was another lie. I showed the manager I had an extra key and automatic door opener/lock in my pocket. I only give them the key to start the car. I don’t appreciate being lied to, who knows what they are doing behind the wall. Can’t trust them to take care of your property and tell you the truth.

I brought my old truck in to have a tire balanced. They guys were quick, and kind. I’d spent the previous day going to several tire shops….. none would help. The guys guy me in, and out the door asap.

Had a great experience. Good customer service, they worked quick and efficient to get me back out on the road safely. Reasonably priced.
